    Responsibilities /Responsabilités

    The HR Coordinator will support HR operational functions including but not limited to: data entry, reporting, on-boarding, filing, and records/file management.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for accurate and timely data entry of all new hires, transfers, separations, and background checks. Troubleshoot any paperwork irregularities and address them as needed.
    • Reviews audit reports and resolves errors to ensure integrity of data.
    • Identifies problems with database management policies and procedures and provides input into their revision.
    • Provides direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork.
    • Train other data entry employees.
    • Assist in distributing reports.
    • Manage employee files, HR files and forms, and maintain confidentiality of all records and issues.
    • Exercise discretion and independent judgment when handling employee and management issues and have foresight to alert Manager when necessary.
    • Develop relationships and work closely with management to ensure that HR processes are being followed and direct them as needed.
    • Understand benefit programs and communicate accurate information to employees.
    • Assist with daily tasks and special projects, workers compensation, and unemployment claims.
    • Must be willing to travel to other office locations within the U.S. as necessary.
    • Other duties supporting HR operations, as assigned

    Qualifications / Qualifications

    • 1+ years of data entry experience required
    • Must be proficient in Excel, including Macros and pivot tables.
    • Strong computer skills must be proficient in Microsoft office.
    • HRIS experience preferred, such as ADP – EV5, SuccessFactors, and Kronos- Time & Attendance
    • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness are all required.
    • Must be able to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to pass an onsite Excel test and data entry test 
    • Ability to train in Burbank, CA upon hire
    • High school diploma required
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree ideal
