    Reporting to the CP/NRD SVP in a time critical, fast paced, highly customer service oriented environment this individual:
     
    • Plans, develops and implements organization policies, processes, and goals for the New Release Distribution operations.  
    • Ensures operational excellence in areas of ensuring that deliverables are shipped on time and consistent with customer expectations.   
    • Provides constructive solutions to challenges in performance, manpower, and cost reduction initiatives. 
    • Develops and leads a team of shift managers, supervisors, schedulers and planning coordinators. .
    • Positively contributes to the culture of the operation by effectively managing morale, productivity and efficiencies.
    • Develop and execute planning consistent with meeting peak season business needs.
    • Independently manages P&L for the department ensuring that costs are aligned with exceeding budgetary goals and consistent with order volume and revenue. 
    • Actively participates in customer meetings and corporate team meetings specific to the business.
    • This position is part of senior leadership team reporting to facility SVP

    Qualifications / Qualifications

    Candidate must possess ability and passion for operational excellence, customer service, team building, inventory integrity, root cause analysis, and process development. 
    Five or more years experience in distribution and warehouse management required.
    Previous experience with AS400 based applications required, and JBA experience preferred.  
    Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office software. 

    Education:  Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university, master's degree preferred, and 2 - 5 years management experience and/or training.
