Responsible for the implementation, design, modification and maintenance of the company’s US HR Information Systems. Incumbent is also responsible for ensuring data integrity in the HR system, including the ongoing development and monitoring of HR data quality, supervision of administrative staff and confidentiality data standards. Incumbent will also define and implement HRIS policies, procedures and best practices.
