    Responsibilities /Responsabilités

    Responsible for the implementation, design, modification and maintenance of the company’s US HR Information Systems.  Incumbent is also responsible for ensuring data integrity in the HR system, including the ongoing development and monitoring of HR data quality, supervision of administrative staff and confidentiality data standards.  Incumbent will also define and implement HRIS policies, procedures and best practices.

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Leads, manages and works on projects to develop, implement and support cost-effective process and technology solutions.
    • Creates and presents business cases as appropriate, develops and executes functional project plans, and delivers results within targeted timeframes and budgets.
    • Partners with functional HR and business stakeholders to understand, evaluate, and identify requirements for enhancements, new systems implementation, data interfaces, and business process re-design.
    • Prepares process flow diagrams and documentation for new/changed processes as needed.
    • Understands security, business and labor requirements that impact systems and process design and ensures that HR Systems and processes remain in compliance.
    • Works with end users to identify and resolve reported issues inclusive of performing data reporting and analysis, troubleshooting issues, and working with IT team as necessary to resolve.
    • Contribute to definition, communication & implementation of HRIS policies, procedures and best practices.
    • Manage direct reports and/or cross functional project team members.
    • Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.

    Training

    • Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
    • Train new system users.

    Qualifications / Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience

    • BS/BA degree.

     Preferred Education and Experience

    • Five+ years prior work experience, in an HRIS project management role implementing and supporting HR applications for a large organization including experience in one or more of these areas of focus:
    • HR applications HR, Time Keeping, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and business process redesign, system enhancements, new development, conversions, interfaces, reporting, user support and training.
    • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience partnering collaboratively across the HR.
    • Ability to liaise and report across the organization at all levels.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

    Additional Eligibility Qualifications.

    • Experience with ADP EV5, KRONOS and Success Factor.

    Supervisory Responsibility.

    • This position will supervise an administrative staff.

    Work Environment

    • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and smartphones.
