As an Accounts Receivable Representative, this person will be part of a dynamic team that manages the billing for our Transportation/Logistics client accounts. In this role, you will timely and accurately bill our clients for the services rendered. You will work with the Operations team to invoice outstanding freight services or resolve billing discrepancies. The Representative will also closely work with the Sr. Collector to issue credit memos or update billing requirements based on customer’s valid cash collection disputes. This position requires excellent communication, documentation and internal customer service skills as well as great attention to detail.
