Responsibilities /Responsabilités


  • Prioritize and direct shift technicians to ensure maximum process equipment performance and quality goals are achieved.
  • Maintain equipment preventive maintenance, create and maintain Advance Maintenance program and ensure that all process equipment is maintained in state of repair that enables the production team to meet key performance indicators.
  • Provide engineering and production management "Equipment Status" at specified intervals.
  • Achieve equipment and process modifications to meet new and changing packaging configurations.
  • Maintain good working relationship/communication with the Shift Manager in order to identify and correct performance issues with equipment and or personnel.

Qualifications / Qualifications


  • Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four year college or university
  • 3+ years related industry supervisory experience and or training equivalent combination of education and experience.
