Responsibilities /Responsabilités


    • Manually enter shipments into IT system.
    • Work closely with Account Managers supporting customer transportation functions .
    • Support the efficient flow of activity across the team managing customer shipments/loads.
    • Work with customer TMS/WEBSITES updating statuses, setting appointments and tracking freight.
    • Work with carriers and freight partners for coverage of available freight and load activity.
    • Provide performance reports as needed for carriers and customers.
    • Assign load numbers, send and receive signed rate confirmations.
    • Assist with rescheduling loads and maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications / Qualifications


  • College degree in business or transportation field is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong systems knowledge: Microsoft Office programs and internet/TMS.
  • 1-2 years’ experience preferred. Prior experience in Transportation, Logistics or Freight Brokerage ideal.
