Responsibilities /Responsabilités


  • Assist Loss Prevention Manager with organization, implementation, and administration of an effective Loss Prevention program to ensure adequate protection of company employees and company / customer assets at the Memphis Packaging and New Release Distribution facilities, 2nd and 3rd shift.
  • Conducts accident, security, and lost property investigations as required and, where applicable, conduct substance abuse testing IAW established policy.
  • This position is a direct report to the Loss Prevention Manager, Packaging facility.
  • Position is responsible for oversight of enforcement of all policies and procedures related to the protection of company / customer assets. Interfaces with company employees.
  • This includes the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and subordinates. 
  • Ensure that all exit searches are effective. Supervise and train all lead security officers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
  • Prepare weekly / monthly Loss Prevention statistics for company.
  • Manage accurate completion of company-wide P1 / High Priority shipments.
  • Participate in various test and check programs as outlined by Loss Prevention Manager.
  • Maintains master key control system.
  • Investigates / reports theft and misconduct that affects company employees and customer / company assets. 
  • Must be available for after-hour emergency calls via cell phone / home phone.
  • Ensure successful implementation and continuation of enhanced High Security Protocol (HSP), procedures / requirements. Familiarity with most current version of MS and other customer Supply Chain Security Requirements.
  • Assist in designing and writing departmental procedures.
  • Identify and train security personnel replacements.
  • Conducts company security and safety audits.
  • Manage shift logs, alarm, and computer printouts.
  • Review accident reports and assists members of EH&S with preliminary accident investigations as needed.
  • Completion of First Responder program to minimum level successful certification (optional Instructor level).
  • Submit methods to reduce or omit risk.
  • Ensure all electronic security equipment functions properly.
  • Tracking of Loss Prevention related KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance of all game media security requirements.

Qualifications / Qualifications


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must successfully complete certification as an Alcohol / Drug Testing Official.
