Responsibilities /Responsabilités


  • Coach and audit production output and quality.
  • Coordinate shift needs with inventory control.
  • Identify and solve problems.
  • Supervise and provide work direction to Lead Operators.
  • Direct activities of Maintenance Techs and Material Handlers.
  • Responsible for process specific safety training.
  • Manage time and attendance (Kronos) reporting and discipline.
  • Must be able to report to work at least 30 min before shift start.
  • Must work according to business needs. This includes working variable shifts, rotating and/or filling in coverage, and working overtime, especially during peak season.

Qualifications / Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university or 3+ years supervisory experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to read and write routine memos.
  • Ability to read and write reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of media in a variety of forums with employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, deadline sensitivity, organization skills, flexibility, relationship building skills, problem solving and demonstrated support for new ideas, suggestions, and changes.​
