    Responsibilities /Responsabilités

    • Communicate effectively with client and internal customers on inventory issues and discrepancies
    • Prepare and distribute daily reports for management and customers as needed
    • Analyze and reconcile inventory variances and conduct system reconciliation.
    • Maintain and enhance the integrity of client-owned inventories by initiating and analyzing cycle counts
    • Perform client requested physical inventories and analyze and reconcile the results
    • Perform audits on Bill of Materials, Production, Shipping, Receiving and transferring processes
    • Keeps detailed records and responsible for and accountable for all documentation
    • Can support and provide direction to the Customer Service Group
    • Work with operation team on any client related issues or operational issues that impact inventory accuracy
    • Reconcile client system balances an Technicolor system balances
    • Weekly meetings with client issues with the operation departments
    • Root cause analysis of system discrepancies and variances
    • Daily reporting for clients and Technicolor internal on issues

    Qualifications / Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree (BA,BS); Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Inventory Accounting.
    • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks successfully.
    • Have strong communication skills and the ability to follow up on issues daily.
    • Ensure clients returns and product are set up and processed properly.
    • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
    • Have some experience with JBA/IRIS systems will be helpful.
    • Ability to learn new and multiple studios accounts including the implementation of system enhancements.
    • Must have experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
