Responsibilities /Responsabilités

  • Responsible for gathering data from multiple sources, combining and correlating that data and formatting it in a simple and concise format as well as updating and providing regular reporting.
  • Summarizing data in Microsoft Excel and charting the results.
  • Identifying trends in data and presenting that data to upper management using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Utilizing and understanding all resources available to determine how to best to provide information that is requested.
  • Using VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF(S) and COUNTIF(S) in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with writing macros (not recording) in Microsoft Excel using VBA.
  • Completing daily reporting as needed and on schedule.

Qualifications / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Should have intermediate level PC skills. 
  • Average skill using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and have a close attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated, good at multi-tasking as well as managing priorities.
  • Must work well under pressure.  Must be capable and willing to work in diverse team environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Must exhibit good hand/eye coordination.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

 Additional Skills preferred, but not required:

Experience with Microsoft Visio.

Experience with SQL and SSRS.
