    Responsibilities /Responsabilités

    • Supervise Maintenance technicians for the Lamar Custom and New Release Distribution Operations.
    • Prioritizes and directs shift technicians to ensure continuous operation of all building and production equipment and systems operations.
    • Provides preventive maintenance to all building and production equipment to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.
    • Supports production with timely equipment repairs, modifications, enhancements, redesigns and corrective actions that restore or improve the capabilities of the equipment. safe operation.
    • Supervises Facility technicians and the maintenance of the building systems (HVAC, Compressed Air, Electrical, Water, Gas, Fire Protection, Exhaust and Plumbing) and associated equipment.
    • Supervises the maintenance of the building assets and equipment (Production equipment, PIT equipment, Racking, Office furniture etc.)
    • Supervises and maintains the physical building structure and appearance of the facility inside and out.
    • Supervises contractors that provide facility services to insure that the quality of work done meets Technicolor standards.
    • Insures that all contracted work is performed safely and meet local/ state and national codes and Technicolor standards.
    • Monitors and manages expenses of the Maintenance and Facility department not to exceed budget including Capital projects.
    • Establishes clear and measurable goals and objectives for individual and team results.
    • Provides timely coaching and counseling to team members.
    • Monitors technician job performance and generates annual reviews.
    • Enforces all Technicolor Safety and Security policies and rules including communication with management documenting violations.
    • Identify areas of opportunity for improvement that increase capacity, efficiency, reduction of waste and cost.
    • Understands and follows all ISO procedures and documents

    Qualifications / Qualifications

    • Associates Degree or equivalent from 2-year college technical school; or 4 years related experience in an automated packaging environment; or 4 years related Military experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Requires the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
    • Coordinate work activities, resolve employee grievances and address resource needs.
    • Read and interpret documents such as safety, operating and maintenance instructions.
    • Must understand production data metrics such as down time between failures, line cycle, parts per minute and operating equipment efficiency.
    • Will be required to stand for extended periods of time while performing the duties of this job.
