Responsibilities /Responsabilités

Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, tax technical Sr Income Tax Analyst to prepare federal and state income tax returns, tax provisions, provide tax systems support (such as run the BNA Fixed Asset Depreciation software), support preparation of transfer pricing and research tax credit studies, perform tax research and special projects. This person will work closely with Sr Tax Manager, internal finance teams and Financial Shared Service Center ("FSSC").

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare federal and state income tax returns and tax partnerships
  • prepare tax provisions in accordance with IAS 12
  • Perform tax research and support to special projects
  • Prepare documentation for transfer pricing
  • Prepare cash tax forecast
  • Support federal and state income tax audits.

Qualifications / Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, or economics and a Master’s of Taxation
  • CPA Certified
  • Minimum of 4 years of corporate and/or public accounting tax experience with a Big 4 or regional CPA firm and/or a large multinational company.
  • Strong research, analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong tax system skills with experience in CorpTax, tax depreciation software.
  • Ability to professionally interact across different levels of the organization.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self - motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • SAP, Oracle, AS 400 or other ERP skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
