Responsibilities /Responsabilités

The Production Coordinator, Marketing Services, serves as a liaison between the Marketing Services Trailer Producer and the Theatrical DI Account Executive. The Production Coordinator will pass any relevant information between those two parties, to ensure that the Feature and Marketing materials for any given project stay in sync. The Production Coordinator will also work with the Theatrical DI Account Executive to ensure that the client experience remains consistent between Feature and Marketing sessions.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Collaborative client engagement that nurtures loyal and lasting relationships
  • Effective communication between different departments within the facility
  • Attend both Theatrical and Marketing pre-production meetings as instructed
  • Attend both Theatrical and Marketing client sessions as instructed
  • Prepare for Marketing client sessions
  • Any other duties as needed

Qualifications / Qualifications



  • Minimum of 2 years working in post-production
  • A basic to intermediate understanding of post-production workflows
  • Must be willing to have flexible shift including some weekends
  • Must be organized and a team player
  • Able to multitask
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
