Responsibilities /Responsabilités

The UI/UX Designer for the Pulse team has a proven track record of interactive design, the ability to discern complex data and hands-on experience building successful solutions from inception to launch – with an emphasis on web applications.  The UI/UX Designer will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and business partners to represent the design team, facilitate design discussions, and share constructive feedback.



  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Gather and Incorporate feedback with humility and thoughtfulness
  • Sketch, wire-frame and prototype to visualize and refine concepts
  • Describe optimal flow along with the components that would best complement it
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications / Qualifications



  • A minimum of 5 years of UI/UX experience designing complex web applications in an Agile environment. (i.e. NOT JUST content-based websites)
  • A portfolio/link of UI/UX design work.  Be prepared to explain your contribution, process and rationale for the projects you show.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with Sketch and InVision or other UI platforms
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator and advocate for the user
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the following UI platforms: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, WebGL, AngularJS, and Compass
