A Project Sourcing Manager drives and coordinates all Connected Home Sourcing deliverables for the New Product Introduction (NPI) project which is driven by the Early to Market Core team. The PSM will manage the cost all along the product life cycle, inclusive of whether it is an In-House development or an outsourced (ODM) project. The PSM collaborates across the Sourcing organization and the Core Team to ensure that our new products have the most technologically advanced, highest quality and lowest cost components available to secure the fast time to market and to also meet the product profitability targets.
