Responsibilities /Responsabilités

This role will be engaged with one of the largest accounts within Technicolor’s cable business. The VP Customer Program Management is accountable for all customer’s programs on-time delivery and execution within budget, product quality, financial management (P&L), KPI management, contract change management and program change management.


  • Internally, he/she is the P&L owner of the account, coordinating efforts between Sales, Operations, Product and Engineering teams.
  • Externally, he/she is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building sustainable customer relationships for future business opportunities, while maintaining Technicolor’s best interests.
  • The role includes the management of a team of Customer Program Directors, in charge of a selected number of strategic programs for the account.

Qualifications / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred
  • Business Management Degree, e.g. MBA
  • Extensive P&L management experience, for $100M+ accounts, in the cable industry preferably, with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional leadership skills, to lead and drive the decision-making process across multiple areas of the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of management, as well as to all levels within the customer
  • Project management trained and/or Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
  • Past experience in product/program management, or related functions
