Responsibilities /Responsabilités

Under the direction of the Payroll Manager, the person in this position will assist the payroll department in various aspects of the payroll procedures, for multiple locations.



  • Using ADP Ev5 process bi-weekly and weekly payrolls.
  • Prepare payroll cycle completion, including adjustments and special payments.
  • Review, audit, reconcile and correct/update payroll prior to transmission to ensure proper pay calculations, tax calculations, in compliance with company policy, federal, state and local regulations.
  • Distribution of paystubs and paychecks.
  • Process and maintain garnishments.
  • Prepare termination/off cycle payments.
  • Files and maintains personnel records and files.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications / Qualifications


  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Multi-state payroll experience required.
  • 5+ years of ADP Enterprise (EV5) and Kronos experience.
  • Proficiency with ADP Report Writer, Word, Excel.
  • Strong organizational skill and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
