    Responsibilities /Responsabilités

    • Manage the relationship with a large studio client as one of the primary points of contact as it relates to critical path new release & special promotion planning.
    • Develop critical path planning documents that will be utilized with clients in an interactive manner for activities with street date requirements
    • Ability to translate forecast information from clients into critical path planning documents while accounting for Technicolor’s capacity plans Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
    • Effectively communicates critical path status to key stakeholders, both internally and with large studio clients.
    • Insight and ability to question internal & external client data, schedules and volumes to ensure successful planning, execution and management of major releases.
    • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
    • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
    • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
    • Mange day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
    • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
    • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
    • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities during project cycle.
    • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
    • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

    Qualifications / Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
    • 2 years of work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

    • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.

    • Database and operating systems experience with SAP and AS400.

    • Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

    • Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including Internet, Intranet, Extranet, and client/server architectures.

    • Demonstrated experience in personnel supervision.

    • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

    • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
