Responsibilities /Responsabilités


  • Responsible for creating and posting job ads to most appropriate job boards, associations and networks to drive volume to open positions
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates for a high-volume manufacturing/distribution environment
  • Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Prescreen candidates including creating and presenting prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. 
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief and forward to hiring managers for review.
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates, as well as pre-employment documentation through on-boarding
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruiting activities
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience sourcing and engaging candidates and full-cycle recruiting either on a corporate recruiting team or as an agency recruiter in a manufacturing/distribution environment
  • Solid experience building community partnerships, as well as relationships with colleges & universities
  • Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with executives, hiring managers, employees, job applicants, and the general public.
  • Extremely strong writing skills (grammar, punctuation, and composition).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience utilizing ATS and creating recruiting reports/metrics
  • Ability to effectively balance competing priorities and multi-tasking responsibilities
