Responsibilities /Responsabilités

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for preparing and developing a variety of Supply Chain reports for customer accounts internal and external. Manipulate large volumes of data, financial model development and create new and improved techniques/solutions for data collection, management and usage. Provide extensive support to various lines of business, points of sale and internal stakeholders by reporting on and analyzing key business metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop/execute and manage reporting needs for Technicolor as a whole utilizing varies system tools, including Business Objects for internal and external customers with complex requirements.
  • Analyze data for trends, patterns, accuracy and use data to draw conclusions/produce key take-aways and executive summaries and dashboard style reports.
  • Communicate and work with customers to clarify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Prepare a variety of reports daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly that reflects the business process in Manufacturing, Distribution and Transportation for major customers.
  • Develop complex reporting processes and databases used for forecasting and analyzing operational and financial data.
  • Develop, manipulate and integrate data from multiple sources to produce reports for supply chain organization.
  • Produce quarterly business review presentations- data gathering, data mining, creating graphs, and trend analysis.
  • Manage/maintain financial and order data in Access and SQL Databases.
  • Develop/maintain business intelligence reporting for internal/external clients.
  • Create, design, program and maintain databases and write complex SQL codes for automation of reporting.
  • Update and test databases, including revamping, reprogram and fine-tune as needed.
  • Scripting: write advanced SQL codes, extract data for advanced analysis in Excel to discover meaningful analytical findings, and ad-hoc scripting as needed for increased automation.
  • Document processes and provide training to Analysts as needed.

Qualifications / Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business or logistics preferred.
  • 2 + years of work experience in a similar reporting and data analysis role, with prior responsibility for generating and managing executive level reports.
  • Experience with using statistical modeling for decision support purposes is preferred.
  • Media/entertainment, logistics or supply chain environment preferred.
  • High degree of software knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SQL).

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to handle details and resolve problems.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to supply chain price structure, contracts, and performance metrics a plus.
