Responsibilities /Responsabilités

The Sales/Account Coordinator, Marketing Services is responsible for supporting sales functions within the business by creating bids, communicating costs with clients, building sales decks and supporting producers in managing clients and sessions and helping to ensure a good experience for clients.



  • Evaluate and Create reports on existing client position in the industry; research and analyze sales options.
  • Generate bids with existing clients and support the bid vs actual and pre-bill process to ensure accuracy of billing.
  • Create market share analysis and decks surrounding competition and clientele.
  • Coordinate with Director of Operations to build workflows for specific client needs and build sales oriented decks and sales pitch books that include those workflows.
  • Prepare Sales reports and Sales Forecasts by aggregating and summarizing sales information.
  • Work with Finance and Costing groups to aggregate rates for key services and maintain standard pricing information and presentation decks for use in overall requests for pricing (RFP) from existing or new clients.
  • Schedule lunches and dinners, coordinate travel arrangements and report expenses in Concur for Sales Manager.
  • Generate and maintain bid templates and current rate cards.  
  • Track and assist with managing Past Due and Unbilled projects.
  • Maintain Colorist Resumes.
  • Support Sales Manager with day-to-day duties to enhance effectiveness and meet quarterly goals. This includes filtering phone traffic, managing schedules and conference calls, drafting and proof-reading bids.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant experience is required.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in coordination or assisting in a relevant or like industry.
  • An interest in Post-Production and technology.
  • Above average knowledge base in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of any Post Production Workflows a definite plus.
