Coordinates and administers corporate training logistics. Collects, analyzes, and reports all quantitative and qualitative training data for compliance and marketing purposes. Identifies, researches, and collaborates in designing training material that aligns with business needs, mostly soft skills training. Performs local training sessions as needed. Identifies and incorporates technologies to assist in automating training operations.
