Responsibilities /Responsabilités

  • ​Provide superior Customer Service using above-average communication and organizational skills.
  • Ensure customer order requirements are met by tracking and organizing customer components. 
  • Ensure the customer is communicated with in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all customer related requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner including issues relating to disputes, credits and returns.
  • Work closely with various internal Departments, i.e. Production, Accounting and also with external suppliers. 
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to Production on a daily basis to ensure customer orders are completed to meet customer expectations and requirements. Ensure this information is monitored and updated regularly. 
  • Perform all tasks required to meet production deadline.
  • Attend interdepartmental meetings as required. 
  • Generate and format required reports.
  • Coordinate manufacturing orders with other plant locations as required. 
  • Participate in customer related meetings and/or conference calls as required.

Qualifications / Qualifications

Soft skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills, communications skills and organizational skills

Hard Skills: 

  • Excellent computer skills, AS400, SAP, MS Word, Excel

Education: 

  • College Diploma 

Experience:

  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
