Responsibilities /Responsabilités

Position Summary:

Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to the deadlines.  Acquire resources and coordinate efforts of cross-functionals team members in order to deliver projects according to timelines and within budget.  Manage all necessary status and escalation communication throughout the quality of deliverables to support management requirements.


Key responsibilities:

  • Establish business processes and conduct testing and training for new/enhanced business development/optimization projects
  • Developing and deploying process flows, user training manuals, and work instructions
  • Create and maintain project documents, including project plans and customer requirements
  • Manage preparation for meetings, schedule and host meetings, capture major takeaways, publish meeting minutes and follow through on open action items
  • Follow-up with project team members to ensure tasks are completed on-time

Qualifications / Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project development and execution
  • A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in process standardization, development, and improvement
  • Database and operation systems experience with SAP and AS400
  • Proficient in PC platforms and software, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Windows
  • Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies, including Intranet, Extranet, and client/server architecture
  • Familiar with standardized Project Management methodologies
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
  • Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
  • Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity
  • Strong written and oral communication sills with all levels of employees
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various work behavior styles
  • Must enjoy working in demanding environment as a key member of a dynamic, team-based organization
